Car was booked in for MOT and service. Service executed fine. However incorrect odometer reading recorded in MOT. I contacted to the service centre to complain. They said they would get back to, me never heard from them again
Quick and efficient
I was well greeted upon my arrival and settled down whilst my car had its MOT. The work was done whilst I waited, this of great value to me, the car was washed and handed back in great order.
Not satisfied needed to return and my stereo volume is going up and down since I have had the car back?

Unfortunately, the courtesy car which was originally promised to me wasn't available so I received a call from Enterprise the day before to say they would be providing me with a car instead. The dealership should have informed me of the change.
My vehicle was booked in at short notice for a "Spring Check". They accommodated my request and completed the activity including a valet of the car within a 2 hour period.

MOT check took 3 days to complete due to missing the first appointment but the manager made sure it was done on the Monday following the missed appointment on Saturday. Collected car end of day Monday afternoon.
The repairs have been first class

I have heard about a BMW recall for faulty electrics. This must have been known for some time but I have not been proactively told if my 2011 3 series is affected?

Only disappointment was I had no method of getting home after dropping the car off for service - I had hoped for a lift home!
No negatives to report. The service adviser was professional and the work was completed on time and at the expected cost.

Two gentleman in front of me to drop off their cars had waited 30 and 40 minutes .. for a 3 minute conversation and quick sign of a document ... that is ridiculous! I was not prepared to wait for that amount of time and made it quite clear.

Only small glitch was Cooper Banstead were supposed to ring to let us know what time car would be collected - but didn't, and when they turned up at 8.40 it took us by surprise.

While the car was being MOT'd I'd asked for the satnav to be updated. I was not advised that this needed to be done overnight until they had taken delivery of the car necessitating me to miss an appointment the following morning.
Waited 45 minutes to just collect the car.Too few staff who were overwhelmed on the day.
Car returned after changing tyres with incorrect pressures.

Mainly impressive, although having to deal with two different service advisors over the same matter caused some communication problems-the first advisor had moved to another dealership. Rather vague answers as to when the car needed its next service
Very impressed with staff of wash bay. Some weeks ago my wife had mislaid a gold ring and very fortunately this was discovered in cleaning the interior of the vehicle and left on display on the central console. Many thanks.

Took time to explain what was required etc
while trying to book my vehicle into service i had to repeatedly call the Cooper BMW because the promised call back never happened until someone in customer service stepped in.
The next service indicator was not reset which means I have to go back to BMW which is time consuming and really frustrating. Such sloppy service when one is paying sky high servicing costs.
