Having the certainty that the tests have been carried out and not to hesitate to get back to them should the problem recur.
Despite booking my service by telephone, Coopers had no record of this on arrival. However they were able to fit the car in and carried out the service satisfactorily and in the time scheduled

Everything was excellent, except that it was late in the day when I was advised that the car had failed its MOT and some extra work (suspension joints) was needed.
THE WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND THE STAFF MANAGED TO SORT OUT THE REPAIRS AND THE CAR WAS DELIVERD TO MY HOUSE ON TIME
I thought honest dealers were a thing of the past. Given the poor service I received when I bought the car from Cobham I did have low expectations

They said it would be an hour and a half wait and they kept to time
Service was good but you had to replace a tyre due to wear. I explained the wheels were newly refurbished however you had to remove a weight from the wheel to balance it and ended up taking the wheel finish off as well
Nothing major to report. the experience was pleasant, i was given timelines as to how long the job would take, was offered a beverage on several occasions, told before i asked how to connect to the wifi etc. good customer experience.
Car was serviced, cleaned and returned all in the agreed upon time frame. Friendly and helpful customer service.Only thing was that a courtesy car wasn't available, but it was a late booking.

Service is good, the service team keep in contact with an update on the car.However its not always value for money.
The drop off experience at busy times can be frustrating.
The only part that was disappointing was the complementary clean. Whilst the inside is spotless, the outside still has marks, particularly on my windscreen. It does seems a little pointless to offer a complementary service if its not done well.
Apart from above, service was good
