As noted previously, Cooper Banstead has looked after us well for several years and this latest visit was no exception.
The Service Dept. at Burgh Heath has always looked after my car well.I think the video showing what's being done is a good idea.
As above, plus whilst waiting comfortable seats and good coffee.
On time, professional and courteous
Car was not clean. End of warranted inspection was not offered and no extended warranty option was offered.

I like the service at BMW as you keep in touch with the client and are good on updates. You don't get full marks as you could not find a problem we have with the car when starting up the engine. The problem remains after the service.

I was attend and informed well.
The email confirming the service said it would be £250. When the.car arrived at the garage I received a phone call saying it would be £500 but there were no extras. Why cant I see menu based pricing or at least an accurate quote?
Smooth booking in process. Prompt service when checking in and kept in contact with progress throughout the day.
Excellent advice and assistance given by the representative who dealt with me. Anticipated cost made clear at outset.
Process completed and clear communication on status throughout, fault re-appeared after collection and prompt booking to explore the issue that appears to be intermittent.
When I delivered the car I pointed out that the computer record of my vehicle was not working. When I collected the car the service assistant suggested it was a temporary issue. It is not as nothing has changed. Also I found the fuel cap line broken.
For receiving a first class service with care and a smile
Cooper Banstead, is not my nearest BMW Garage, I use it because I find the staff very helpful, they keep me fully informed, and I find the inconvenience well worth it.

Absolutely great treatment
I understood everything about the service and I felt comfortable knowing that anything done to the car would be discussed before. I don't know if this is BMW's practice but Naim reassured me he would do this for me.

Great service and kept me updated. Only disappointment was the first courtesy car I was offered, which had a bulge in a tyre.
Expensive. But Good communication and all works was done quick. Courtesy car was not the same standard as my car which was disappointing. Also had to pay for the petrol in the courtesy car when my cars petrol was half of what it was.

There was a problem after work was completed but Paul and Graham resolved it quickly and professionally. Ive had cars maintained at Coopers banstead since 1994 and with one exception I have regularly relied on them for the high service standard

They undertook a full safety check identifying the need for tyre and disc replacement and the timescale for the replacement. In all other aspects it was reassuring to be given confirmation of the vehicle's wellbeing in all other respects.

Repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard.Last 2 visits i was told how long the work would take and have waited. On both occasions it has taken far longer. Last service i was told would take 1.5hrs and i waited 2.5 hrs. Not acceptable.
