Work wasn't completed within the day despite booking in more than a month in advance.
Quoted very high price for tyres that needed replacing compared to local competitors - almost twice the price! When my husband wanted to collect the car the following day no one would call him back. Very poor
I was kept waiting for 15 minutes to be seen at the service desk despite having been the first person through the door when it opened at 8am. In that time two other people were served.
Recent service was quick and efficient. Telephone manner of service department very courteous.
Service was carried out on time and at the price quoted beforehand: there were no unexpected issues. The machine that refreshes the air conditioning system was described as 'broken' and so this (free) service was unavailable.
nothing to fault
Having booked my car in for a service, I had to wait 30 mins to check it in, meanwhile my wife who was waiting to collect me, was asked to move three times. Too many cars on the lot. Not the first time this has happened!

When the extra mile to do an excellent job
I have been a customer with BMW Banstead for 20 + years and find them excellent especially Graham Tozier, Lisa, and Laura on main reception. Also the technicians.

Slow service at drop off and even slower service at pick up. Total time waiting to be served was50 minutes, for a car that was having an mot and mini service covered by your prepaid package
Finding a place to park safely on arrival was a challenge
Very effieient, very polite and repaired the fault in my car and returned it clean and gleaming.
When I was presented with the final cost after the repair it was incorrect. Had I not questioned the cost then I would have paid more. This is not a good customer experience and questions the process/detail. There was no apology made.
See above issues. Also still waiting for a call back regarding missfire when idling that occurred after the service. Also issue with leaking sump plug. It seems it's now my problem although I have driven less than a 1000miles since purchasing.
Great service, good facilities and quick turnaround time
Read above my car had another diagnostic check which highlighted a different fault which I refused to pay. I was told the part cost £650 pounds and was informed the part would be delivered that afternoon or following day. Car lost for 4 days.

Time sat waiting at start and end of day means it wasn't completely satisfactory but I appreciate its difficult if customers are all arriving at similar times.
would have been a 5 if I could have booked in sooner. had to wait a3 or 4 weeks as wanted car collected from home
Long wait to drop off and collect car from reception. Not satisfied with quality of technicians work oil left on block.
Our sales person Chris was extremely difficult to deal with. We were giving the wrong information, confusing information and seemed only interested in flogging cars which where on the lot, despite us repeating that we didnt want one.

Staff unaware of my service history, staff tried to overcharge without understanding a discount had been applied.
Happy they could take the car, collected and returned same day. Good communications. A pity they did not look at squeaky breaks
