Service is good, the service team keep in contact with an update on the car.However its not always value for money.
The drop off experience at busy times can be frustrating.
The only part that was disappointing was the complementary clean. Whilst the inside is spotless, the outside still has marks, particularly on my windscreen. It does seems a little pointless to offer a complementary service if its not done well.

Great service and customer care at Banstead. After years of suffering with poor customer care at Cooper Croydon it was a breath of fresh air to see GOOD SERVICE. work being completed on time and they had the parts as well! WELL DONE BANSTEAD!
Service is first class by competent and friendly staff. Just let down by the final valeting. Leather seats not wiped over. Outside the car was stained having been through a car wash but not leathered off. I had to clean it again.
Outstanding customer service from Banstead, from the moment I arrived and collected my loan car, to collecting it later on.Was only a MOT on a fair new and low mileage car, but no 'recommended works' and car was clean upon collection.
Was expecting a valet though maybe this wasn't meant to be included

The car presented with an error message involving the drive train. No actual fault was found, but the car's software was updated and it seems to have run better and more quietly since. The cleaning and valeting were very satisfactory too.

Car reporting service was due, booked oil service and MOT ~ a year after preceding service. When I delivered the car was advised the oil service could not be conducted within the service package until 2 weeks later - very inconvenient.
Better services than I have received from other dealers, excellent care and communication.
I've always received excellent service from Cooper Banstead, but since they became a Mini dealership (rather than BMW) the quality of service, time with customers, style/ambience of the dealership have all deteriorated.
The time frame given for my waiting period was exact. The service schedule was clearly explained. Faults were rectified. The car was returned having been cleaned inside and out.
Unfortunately cooper croydon diagnosed the wrong fault with my car which cooper Banstead didn't seem to want to put right, I assume this was because they aren't being paid for it
They found the fault and repaired it. They kept me informed throughout and highlighted the ns front tyre as being close to being worn out.I had queried that tyre with the supplying BMW dealership who had told that ther was no problem with it.
From the moment you arrive to the time you collect your car, the whole process is effortless and smooth. The video of your car giving you an overview and possible areas of concerns, provides transparency.
Extremely professional set up. I was met on time by someone who was expecting me and had my paperwork ready. Service was completed on time and on budget - and payment was taken in advance to save time. And a clean car!
Car had to be held for 3 days whilst parts arrived and returning the vehicle to my property (even though local) was more challenging than it should have been (though resolved in the end!)

My service indicator is not working properly and I will now have to bring my car back to be left for 12 hours for the indicator to be adjusted.

See above. Initial engagement and feedback was below expectations but once Graham had an update this was much more positive. However, as the issue is not resolved and the car has to be examined again this forces a low score.
Will look for a replacement car in future though.

Largely ignored when I went to pick up car.
They resolved my engine problem - oil pressure control valve fault & brake vacuum sensor fault - after 1 week to repair. The repair has been long & I have been inconvenienced as they had no courtesy car available for this period.
