This will be my 3rd appointment to resolve this wheel bearing type noise. Lack of diligence in diagnosing the fault and lack of commitment to fully investigate the fault if not obvious on the ramp and confirm resolution afterwards on a test drive
I was satisfied although the service was the most expensive Ive had on a bmw car.
Overall it was good, all the issues were sorted on my car

Generally, it was fine but was disappointed with the Valet service. My car was washed from the outside but not cleaned on the inside. I would suggest not to claim you are offering a Valet when you are only washing the car.

I had to go back to fix something that got loose during service, otherwise no issues. professional service.
Only slightly let down as the car was cleaned before the winter wheels were put on and they were dirty!
On occasions the time taken to simply drop the car and keys to the dealership is frustratingly long - the process should be a lot quicker.
Reception and service desk were very professional, courteous and helpful. I would have given the full 5 stars but Im still waiting for the call to tell me that they have got my replacement rear wiper blade, which was ordered before I left.

Quick friendly service, and car washed.
Made to wait 10 minutes on arrival. Received a call to say my car was ready at 1600. Then told it wasn`t quite ready as it needed to be washed/cleaned to collect it at 1645. Arrived at 1705, to collect a car that hadn`t been cleaned at all.

It was just an oil service and brakfluid change but when I got home and checked the oil level on the dipstick it was only halfway between max and min .It should be topped up to the maximum so now I have to go back . I have already rung twice .

Service was fine, but a little too long kept waiting when picking up the car.
Car was returned in a very clean state and all staff were helpful.
I was given a price of £300 for a service package upon booking in my car . When I returned a few days later to pay I was told this was a mini package not BMW. Another garage was supposed to phone me with a price but this never happened.

The issue I had with my car was inspected quickly and in a very friendly manner. The car was returned to me clean throughout. Subsequently the car was booked in quickly and work carried out fully to expectation. Once again the car had been cleaned.
