My nearest dealership (Croydon) has the earliest appointment in more than one month of time, so I have to drive half an hour to a less busy dealership instead.

Car returned with tiny chip in bodywork revealed. Could have been there before service, could have occurred during service. Impossible to determine either way. Some assistance chargeable to repair

I had booked an 8am appointment, the earliest available. I was still waiting to be seen at 8:15am. I think this delay is difficult to justify when merely dropping off the car for pre-scheduled work. I was attended to soon after mentioning the delay.

Usually service is excellent. On this occasion took particularly long and when calling to learn about the status, told to wait for a call, happened three times on three different days, no one called back. Had to do a bit of chasing which is unusual.
